Title: Cranberry Broiled Ham - Sl 12/88

Yield: 6 Servings

8ozCan jellied cranberry sauce
2 1/2tbCommercial steak sauce
1 1/2tsBrown sugar
1 1/2tsVegetable oil
1tsPrepared oil
1tsPrepared mustard
1 1-inch-thick fully-cooked ham slice (about 2 pounds)

Combine first 5 ingredients; stir well. Trim excess fat from ham slice. Place ham in a lightly greased 13" x 9" x 2" pan; broil 5 to 6 inches from heat 15 minutes.
